David and Tracie O’Regan are the owners of Rivergum, a property situated in Cowalla, approximately 117 km north of Perth, Western Australia. The property is currently used as a sanctuary to enjoy and appreciate nature. The Moore River borders the property to the north. Owners David and Tracie may live full time on the property in the future.

Rivergum spans 32 hectares. Vegetation on the property include Xanthorrhoea sp., eucalypt and gum trees, various wildflower species and arid vegetation borders the Moore River aspect of the property. Wildlife species found at Rivergum include snakes, cockatoos, parrots, western grey kangaroos (Macropus fuliginosus), wombats (Vombatus ursinus) and echidnas (Tachyglossus aculeatus).
