Every greyhound deserves a life like Remy’s
Meet Remy
Everyone in our office adores Remy, he’s a bit of a celebrity! We love his favourite pyjamas, his extraordinary talent for sleeping through almost anything, and the way he somehow folds his long legs into impossible positions.
When he bounds over to say hello or leans gently against you for a cuddle, it’s impossible to not to smile.
Looking at him now, it’s hard to imagine he was a racing dog.
Before he was the happy, affectionate dog we know today, Remy’s life revolved around only one thing: how fast he could run.
Like thousands of greyhounds across Australia, Remy was bred specifically for racing. His value depended on his performance, if he wasn’t fast enough, his future was uncertain.
Today, Remy has everything a greyhound deserves. A warm bed. A loving family. The freedom to simply be a dog. To run when he feels like it, and rest when he doesn’t.
Unfortunately, thousands more are waiting for this freedom.
Help more greyhounds get the future Remy has.

I’ve spent more than 14 years campaigning to end greyhound racing. When I first started, many people believed a ban would never happen because the industry was powerful, politically connected and deeply entrenched.
Every greyhound deserves better.
