The Victorian Government has decided that the annual duck hunting season will continue in the state. This is despite their own Inquiry recommending that the practice should end for good. By allowing this cruel and unnecessary “sport” to continue, hundreds of thousands of native water birds will continue to be hunted and killed on Victoria’s waterways every year.
