Tracy is the owner of a property situated in East Kurrajong, approximately 70km northwest of Sydney, New South Wales. The property is a residence, dedicated sanctuary and rehabilitation and release site for wildlife, in particular possums. Tracy intends to maintain the natural values of the sanctuary for wildlife whilst continuing her wildlife rehabilitation and release program.
The property covers approximately 10.12 hectares, featuring a residence surrounded by intact bushland. Vegetation predominately consists of eucalypt woodland interspersed with areas of bracken fern.
Wildlife known to inhabit the property includes brushtail (Trichosurus vulpecula) and ringtail (Pseudocheirus peregrinus) possums, swamp wallabies (Wallabia bicolor), lace monitors (Varanus varius), gliders and a vast array of birdlife.
