Caroline Stephenson and Alison Kim are the owners of Ngarrawang a property situated in Oakey Park northeast of Lithgow, New South Wales. The property is a bush block that is uncleared and features a small creek and stone pagodas. Ngarrawang is located adjacent to the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area which is then continugous with the Blue Mountains National Park. Future intentions for the property include using Ngarrawang for on country education, bush care and connection to country. The land owners are an Aboriginal Controlled Community Organisation and not for profit called Walanbang Malungang that offer on country education for young people disengaged from school.

Ngarrawang spans 23 hectares across Sydney Montane Dry Sclerophyll Forests including the plant community types of Newnes Plateau Silvertop Ash Woodland, Newnes Plateau Peppermint-Ash Tall Forest and Upper Blue Mountains Ridgetop Woodland as well as Sydney Montane Heaths including the plant community type Western Blue Mountains Pagoda Scrub.

The property provides habitat for native species such as kangaroos, wallabies, snakes and and variety of birdlife.
