Jim and Heather Phillipson are the owners of Huggetts a property situated in Monomak north of Heyfield, Victoria. The property is an isolated property at the foot of the Avon Wilderness area, previously impacted by clearing and intensive cattle grazing. It is now being restored back to areas of open grassy woodland and dry valley forests. Huggetts is an important bio-link between the Avon Wilderness region and Mt Hederick Scenic Reserve.
Huggetts spans 141.6 hectares across Dry and shrubby valley forest, open native grassy plains and riparian woodland. The property is home to populations of the golden grevillea (Grevillea chrysophaea) which is a species endemic to Victoria and is listed as Vulnerable under the Victorian Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act. The property provides habitat for a range of species including dingoes (Canis lupus dingo), lace monitors (Varanus varius) and wombats (Vombatus ursinus).
