The property is a wildlife sanctuary that features treehouses as accommodation with the owners intending to do no further development of the land and instead focus on enhancing the natural environment and continue to provide a sanctuary for wildlife. The property is also part of Trust for Nature.

The Odd Frog spans 4.2 hectares across Shrubby Dry Forest. The property provides habitat for a range of species including bare-nosed wombats (Vombatus ursinus), echidnas (Tachyglossus aculeatus), kangaroos, wallabies, possums, micro bats, lizards, snakes and an
abundance of birdlife.
