The property spans 2.1 hectares across a rural lifestyle property adjacent to Emerald Creek, featuring four fenced paddocks and a small dam. Part of the property is comprised of eucalypt woodland, which provides habitat for a range of species.
Wildlife present on the property includes bare-nosed wombats (Vombatus ursinus), swamp wallabies (Wallabia bicolor), king parrots (Alisterus scapularis), owls, rosellas (Platycercus spp.), yellow-tailed black-cockatoos (Zanda funerea), sulphur-crested cockatoos (Cacatua galerita), eastern yellow robins (Eopsaltria australis), azure kingfishers (Alcedo azurea), superb fairy-wrens (Malurus cyaneus) and laughing kookaburras (Dacelo novaeguineae).
