Andrew Tickner and Lorraine Pluis are the owners of Willaby-ours, a property located in Neville, approximately 60km south of Orange, New South Wales. The property is a residence and wildlife-friendly sanctuary. It is Andrew and Lorraine’s intention to improve the natural values of the property by cleaning up the property, controlling blackberry infestations and repairing fences.

The property covers approximately 42.5 hectares of dense woodland which provides habitat for wildlife. The property is adjacent to Pennsylvania State Forest, and is situated in a significant wildlife corridor for gliders and other native species. Vegetation on the property consists largely of eucalypts.

Wildlife found on Willaby-ours includes eastern grey kangaroos (Macropus giganteus), swamp wallabies (Wallabia bicolor), short-beaked echidnas (Tachyglossus aculeatus), brushtail (Trichosurus vulpecula) and ringtail (Pseudocheirus peregrinus) possums, lace monitors (Varanus varius) and various microbats. Feral fallow deer (Dama dama) are also present.

The property also features a wide range of bird species including eastern (Platycercus eximius) and crimson (Platycercus elegans) rosellas, sulphur-crested cockatoos (Cacatua galerita) and black cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus spp.).
