Marilyn Pride and Lewis Morley are the owners of Totoro, a property situated in Linden approximately 5 kms southwest of Springwood, New South Wales and is adjacent to the Blue Mountains National Park. The property is wildlife sanctuary also used for recreation. Totoro includes hillside as well as ridgetop forest with a creek running through it. The current owners intend to protect the land.

Totoro spans 42 hectares across Eucalypt woodland with plant community types of Upper Blue Mountains Moist Forest and Sydney Hinterland Peppermint-Apple Forest dominating the property. Totoro also contains small section of Sydney Hinterland Yellow Bloodwood Woodland and Sydney Hinterland Grey Myrtle Riparian Forest along the creek. A range of wildlife are found at Totoro, including wallabies, quolls, echidnas (Tachyglossus aculeatus), sugar gliders (Petaurus breviceps), ringtail possums (Pseudocheirus peregrinus) brushtail possums (Trichosurus vulpecula), superb lyrebirds (Menura novaehollandiae) and many other species of birds as well as reptiles.
