Craig Webb is the owner of Raptor Refuge and Eagle Ridge Retreat, a property situated in Kettering, Tasmania. The property is a wildlife sanctuary that is also used for education, tourism and wildlife rehabilitation. The Raptor Refuge is committed to securing the future of Tasmania’s raptors by reducing human impacts through rehabilitating injured, sick or orphaned raptors, educating the public and supporting habitat conservation. Owner Craig intends to raise funds to continue the conservation efforts at Raptor Refuge through the sanctuary’s new studio accommodation at Eagle Ridge Retreat.
Raptor Refuge and Eagle Ridge Retreat spans 7 hectares across Eucalypt woodland and pasture.
The property provides habitat for a range of species including Bennett’s wallabies (Macropus rufogriseus), Tasmanian pademelons (Thylogale billardierii), and myriad of birdlife and recovering raptor species.
