Gary Francis is the owner of Pinbarren Heights, a property situated in Pinbarren, approximately 7kms north of Pomona, Queensland. Pinbarren Heights is used for agriculture and is made up of rural rainforest that has been selectively cleared. Pinbarren Heights is bounded by Mount Pinbarren National Park and the front of the property contains a permanent creek. There is also a 3-bedroom stone home on the property.

Pinbarren Heights spans 28 hectares (70 acres) and is comprised of rainforest with native plant species of red cedar (Toona ciliata), black bean (Castanospermum australe), silky oak (Grevillea robusta), quandong (Santalum acuminatum), crows ash (Flindersia australis) and beech. The property provides habitat for a range of species including platypus (Ornithorhynchus anatinus).
