Mark Adams and Lynette Egglestone are the owners of Nethercote Wildlife Sanctuary, a property situated in Nethercote, New South Wales. The property is a wildlife sanctuary. Mark and Lynette would like to preserve the sanctuary as a conservation property by selling the property to conservation-minded buyers. Nethercote Wildlife Sanctuary is in the process of covenanting with the Biodiversity Conservation Trust of New South Wales.

Nethercote Wildlife Sanctuary spans 243 acres and is approximately 30% pasture and 70% eucalypt woodland. The land consists of dry sclerophyll forest, lowland grassy woodland, riparian scrub, native and exotic grasslands.

A range of wildlife is found at Nethercote Wildlife Sanctuary, including gang-gang cockatoos (Callocephalon fimbriatum), glossy black cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus lathami), yellow-tailed black cockatoos (Zanda funerea), sooty owls (Tyto tenebricosa), powerful owls (Ninox strenua), superb lyrebirds (Menura novaehollandiae), yellow-bellied gliders (Petaurus australis), short-beaked echidnas (Tachyglossus aculeatus), black wallabies (Wallabia bicolor), bare-nosed wombats (Vombatus ursinus), common bandicoots and lace monitors (Varanus varius).
