Ken and Shirley Attwell are the owners of Loonsville, a property situated in South Isis, Queensland. Loonsville is a wildlife sanctuary and home. The property has been previously cleared except for some Eucalyptus and Acacia. The owners have planted over 600 native trees, shrubs and ground covers.

Loonsville spans two hectares. The land consists of cleared lawn, fruit trees, large Eucalyptus and established garden beds, rock walls, a gully and a dam.

The property provides habitat for a range of species including Eastern grey kangaroos (Macropus giganteus), red-necked wallabies (Notamacropus rufogriseus), rufous bettongs (Aepyprymnus rufescens), possums, native mice and rats. Birdlife on the property include kookaburras (Dacelo sp.), Australian magpies (Gymnorhina tibicen), magpie-larks (Grallina cyanoleuca), pied butcherbirds (Cracticus nigrogularis), grey butcherbirds (Cracticus torquatus), lorikeets, pale-headed rosellas (Platycercus adscitus), blue-faced honeyeaters (Entomyzon cyanotis), noisy miners (Manorina melanocephala), double-barred finches (Stizoptera bichenovii), pacific black ducks (Anas superciliosa), Australian wood ducks (Chenonetta jubata), plumed whistling ducks (Dendrocygna eytoni), red-tailed black cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus banksii), yellow-tailed black cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus funereus), sulphur-crested cockatoos (Cacatua galerita), galahs (Eolophus roseicapilla), mistletoebirds (Dicaeum hirundinaceum), white-winged choughs (Corcorax melanorhamphos), masked lapwings (Vanellus miles), honeyeaters and other small birds.
