George Khut and Geoff Bracken are the owners of a property situated in Comboyne, approximately 60km southwest of Port Macquarie, New South Wales. The property is currently used for recreation, and the owners plan to utilise it as a home, art studio and dedicated wildlife sanctuary in the future.
The property covers approximately 139 hectares of partially cleared land featuring a substantial subtropical rainforest and a creek. Vegetation largely consists of eucalypt woodland, native grassland and subtropical rainforest.
A vast array of native species is found on the property including wedge-tailed eagles (Aquila audax), hawks, pied currawongs (Strepera graculina), Australian magpies (Cracticus tibicen), Wompoo fruit doves (Ptilinopus magnificus) and crested pigeons (Ocyphaps lophotes).
