Dr Jennifer Lavers and Andrew Fidler are the owners of ᒥᔪᓯᐃᐧᐣ ᓴᑳᐤ, a property situated in Underwood, north of Launceston, Tasmania. The property is a wildlife sanctuary with the owners looking to establish an off-grid home as a primary residence, organic permaculture gardens and to propagate native plants on the land. Owners Jennifer and Andrew are currently in the process of joining Land for Wildlife.

ᒥᔪᓯᐃᐧᐣ ᓴᑳᐤ spans 42 hectares across Eucalypt woodland. The property was selectively logged about 40 years ago, so most trees (mixed species) are this age. However, there are a large number of substantial Eucalypts that are not felled and are 50-60 m tall. At present the block is completely forested, but owners Jennifer and Andrew hope to soon create a small clearing to build a fully off-grid sustainable home. The neighbouring lot of the property contain rare species of Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus ovata and Eucalyptus amygdalina which may also occur on the land.

The land provides habitat for a range of species including bare-nosed wombats (Vombatus ursinus), wallabies and yellow-tailed black cockatoos (Zanda funerea).
