Julie-Anne and Jonathon England are the owners of Sunset Creek, a property situated in Stannifer, southeast of Inverell, New South Wales. Julie-Anne and Jonathon have recently acquired Sunset Creek and intend to use the property as a wildlife sanctuary. Their future plans for the property are to use it for wildlife rehabilitation and small-scale tourism offering some accommodation options for visitors to enjoy the property and view the animals.

Sunset Creek spans 80 hectares. The property is a long block made up of dry sclerophyll: Northwest New England Creekflat Blakelys Red Gum Forest, Western New England Granite Pine-Stringybark-Gum Forest and Western New England Rocky Granite Low Woodland as well as heathlands: Western New England Rocky Granite Shrubland and cleared land. The land contains two water sources: three dams and a creek.

Sunset Creek provides habitat for a range of species including an abundance of kangaroos and wallabies as well as frogs, bearded dragons (Pogona sp.), snakes, cockatoos including black cockatoos (Calyptorhynchus sp.), fairy wrens (Malurus sp.), honey eaters, laughing kookaburras (Dacelo novaeguineae). In addition, other potential species found on the property include deer, possums, and gliders.
