Protecting Marine Species and their Habitats

HSI continues to campaign for increased state, national and international protection for threatened marine species and conservation of the habitats which they depend on for their survival. Working through international environmental treaties for wildlife and biodiversity protection, through nominations of species and habitats for protection under Australia’s environment laws, and by challenging decisions in the Courts, HSI continues to to work create a better world for marine species.
