Humane Society International has as its mission to create a humane world for animals and humans. In a humane world there is no place for the fur trade, commercial and recreational hunting, and battery farming.  We are working on many fronts to create this world, while at the same time supporting people’s livelihoods.  We also reach out to animals during natural disasters.
